In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss possible alternatives. - I may, at my discretion, waive cancellation or no-show fees. *Communication:* - I will send appointment reminders 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. - It is the customer's responsibility to ensure we have accurate contact information. *Acceptance:* By scheduling an appointment with me, you acknowledge and agree to my cancellation and no-show policy. *Important Notice: Credit Card Processing Fee* To help me continue provide you with exceptional service, I want to inform you that a 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to all transactions paid with a credit card. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing credit card payments, allowing me to maintain competitive pricing and focus on delivering top-notch experiences. *Alternative Payment Options:* To avoid this fee, you may consider using alternative payment methods, such as: - Cash - Check (for select services) - Bank Transfer (for select services) -Venmo -Zelle *Fee Details:* - 2.5% of the total transaction amount will be added to your bill. - This fee applies to all credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. *Thank you for your understanding.*
